About The Project

The Fifield residence, built in 1929. was originally designed by the Madison firm of Law, Law & Potter. The new owners of this exceptional, Tudor Revival-style home retained Isthmus Architecture, Inc. for a comprehensive restoration and rehabilitation. A full team assembled by the architects provided turn-key services for the project. The initial project scope was expanded to include a kitchen addition, an elaborate landscape plan with a new gazebo and coordination of finishes throughout. The new addition blends seamlessly with the restored exterior; inside, the expanded and rehabilitated kitchen is in complete harmony with the historic character of the home.
